“I don’t have children myself, but I really see the company and the employees as family. The company has experienced good growth over the years. The facilities are up-to-date and we work on special products from a beautiful building. But what is of course even more important: we have a lot of knowledge, skills and experience within the company. Smart and talented hands-on type of people, who have the same goal: to deliver quality. I am still present several days a week to drink a cup of coffee, discuss current affairs and have a chat with everyone. And I do that with great pleasure. Every time I get back in the car with a good feeling.”

“Zelf heb ik geen kinderen, maar ik zie het bedrijf en de medewerkers wel echt als familie. Het bedrijf heeft in de loop der jaren een mooie groei doorgemaakt. De faciliteiten zijn up-to-date en we werken vanuit een mooi pand aan bijzondere producten. Maar wat natuurlijk nog veel belangrijker is: we hebben veel kennis, kunde en ervaring binnen het bedrijf. Slimme en handige mensen die hetzelfde doel hebben: kwaliteit leveren. Zelf ben ik nog meerdere dagen per week aanwezig om een kop koffie te drinken, lopende zaken door te spreken en een praatje met iedereen te maken. En dat doe ik met veel plezier. Elke keer stap ik met een goed gevoel terug in de auto.”
