“From the start of Quantum Controls, I have been involved with the company as a shareholder and designer and enquirer. In my previous job, I worked at TU Delft’s marine engineering laboratory. There I gained experience in instrumentation, ship motion, electronics design, measurement and control engineering, and ship modeling and shipboard trials. This experience came in handy at QC. With more than 50 years of experience in the shipbuilding field, I am still doing research and still enjoy passing on my knowledge and experience to the younger generation. It is a pleasure to work with the people in Nuth.”

“Vanaf de start van Quantum Controls ben ik als aandeelhouder en ontwerper en vraagbaak bij het bedrijf betrokken. In mijn vorige baan werkte ik bij het laboratorium voor scheepsbouwkunde van de TU Delft. Daar deed ik ervaring op in instrumentatie, scheepsbewegingen, elektronicaontwerp, meet- en regeltechniek en proeven met scheepsmodellen en aan boord van schepen. Deze ervaring kwam goed van pas bij QC. Met meer dan 50 jaren ervaring op scheepsbouwgebied doe ik nog steeds onderzoek en draag ik ook nu nog graag mijn kennis en ervaring over op de jongere generatie. Het is een genoegen om met de mensen in Nuth samen te werken.”
